Installation of Weishaupt Burner Model WM-G20 at Seaweed Drying Factory in GalwayWe are pleased to announce the installation of a state-of-the-art Weishaupt burner model WM-G20 at our seaweed drying factory in Galway.To convert 1 x Seaweed drying machine at Arramara Teoranta in Co Galway to dual fuel firing gas and coal.We supplied and installed 2 x  Weishaupt burners model WM-G20 rated at 2,100 KW firing on LPGThe burners are mounted on specially designed trolleys with guillotine doors to facilitate the easy change over from coal to gas and vice versa.We also carried out significant modifications to the internal structure of the dryer brickwork and refractory.A very challenging and unusual project carried out very successfully. https://geoffcastles.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/VID-20240605-WA0004.mp4

A second  Cochran ST23 steam boiler being installed at Omagh Hospital. 1,000 Kg/hr dual fuel complete with a flue gas Economiser, Auto blowdown and TDS System.  

1 x Cochran ST23 packaged steam boiler rated at 2,000 KG/HR supplied and installed at Mondelez Dublin.

Two Cochran ST23 packaged steam boilers rated at 1500 KG/HR supplied and commissioned at Eirgen Waterford.

Two new Weishaupt dual fuel burners and new water level controls and panels installed on two Cochran Wee Chieftain steam boilers at Pepsi in Cork.

At Kingsbridge Hospital they required another steam boiler for redundancy with a clean steam generator packaged plantroom. This design included a partition wall in the middle and associated stab pipework connections external to container walls.

A new Cochran  steam boiler rated at 3,000 kg/hr 10 barg working pressure.   With a Cochran gas fired burner and a flue gas economiser.   Install at SRCL in Ballymena.

A new Cochran ST23 steam boiler rated at 2,000 kg/hr working pressure 10 barg. Complete with a Cochran gas fired burner and a flue gas economiser. Cranswick Foods Ltd in Cullybackey, Ballymena

Bespoke containerised plantroom housing a 2,000kg/h Cochran Wee Chieftain, including a custom hotwell with all connections required, chemical dosing housed external to plantroom, control panel, louvred grilles on hinges to allow access to sight glasses and for yearly insurance inspections and twin wall stainless flue. Delivered and commissioned at Peel on the Isle of Man
