Sustainable re-use plays a large part in responsible demolition. Industrial Boilers at our former Tyrone County Hospital project decanted by Geoff Castle Boiler Services. To follow the hospital analogy these machines will go through a rebirth and have a new life servicing another community.

2 new boilers supplied, installed and commissioned at Dunbia Retail in Dungannon. 1 x Unical Modal low pressure hot water boiler rated at 300 KW Gas fired 1 x Cochran ST28 Steam boiler rated at 3,000 Kg/hr working pressure 10 barg Complete with a Cochran flue gas economiser providing an additional 5% on gas used.

A new Controlled Flame steam boiler rated at 10 HP (156 kg/hr) 10 bar Supplied as a skid package complete with, Condensate feed tank, Blowdown vessel, Water softener and water dosage pump and tank. All supplied pre-piped to Tritech Group in Dublin.

A new boiler for the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast. 1 x Cochran ST37 rated at 8,000 KG/HR 10.4 Barg working pressure. Cochran Equinox burner firing on natural gas with Autoflame MK8 Combustion control system.            

A Babock Wanson 1,000B Thermal Fluid boiler gas fired with deaerator and thermal fluid system installed and commissioned at Mash Direct Ltd on a new chip frying line.  

Replacement boiler room for a key client in Co Roscommon Removal of one 25000kg/hr heavy fuel oil steam boiler Installation of 2 new high efficiency packaged boilers firing on LNG Complete boilerhouse install including new blowdown vessel, pressurised deaerator, gas pipework and enabling works

A new Cochran ST23 Steam boiler rayed at 3,000 kg/hr working pressure 11 barg. With a Cochran dual fuel burner. Delivered and installed at Silent Valley Fertilizers Ltd

We removed 2 x Hamworthy AWO burners and supplied and installed 2 x new Cochran Equinox dual fuel burners with new control panels The boilers are Robey of Lincoln rated at 13,600 kg/hr 10 bar and are over 40 years old. [gallery ids="1027,1026,1025,1024,1023"]
