I just wanted to send you a note of thanks on behalf of ENGIE for the actions of your staff Paul Glendenning and David Kerr during the recent feed pipework alteration to steamer #3. This work was carried out in a safe and efficient manner and was also completed whilst negotiating around other contractors who were onsite cleaning out my redundant HFO ducts, very messy as you can imagine. I am more than happy with the finished product and this shows a great level of service that I have come to expect from Paul and David, they are a credit to Geoff Castles Boiler Services. I trust you will pass this on to the relevant management personnel and ensure the lads get the recognition they deserve.
